Product service

Before calling our hotline you should have all information regarding the affected devices, sensors, and detailed circumstances at hand. For being able to identify the problem we really need the serial number of the device or the accessory part.

In case of a service request regarding your ALMEMO® product, we really need the information requested in the form to be able to help you as quickly as possible. Please send us a description of your problem, the serial number of your ALMEMO® product as well as information regarding your company.

As soon as we receive your request we will contact you to discuss potential costs and expenses. When the order is issued, the reparation will normally take about 10 workdays within Germany. Outside of Germany we will contact you in time.

Our hotline is available from monday to thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (German time)
