Calibration services at a high level

The company Ahlborn Mess- und Regelungstechnik GmbH has been offering a calibration service at the highest level for more than 30 years. These services have now been extensively extended. In a completely new built laboratory building, equipped with the most modern equipment and air conditioning technology, calibration tasks are carried out with the smallest measurement uncertainties. The calibration laboratory complies with the latest normative requirements of DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 and offers accredited calibrations for temperature (-100 to +1200 °C), humidity (10 to 98 % RH at ambient temperature +10 to +95 °C), flow velocity (0.1 to 65 m/s) and electrical measurement quantities. The scope of calibration includes visual inspection/cleaning, a check of all operating elements and functions, the creation of a bilingual calibration certificate with nominal/actual value, deviation, measurement uncertainty and calibration mark with calibration number. Extensive selective precision adjustments to increase the accuracy of ALMEMO® measuring systems are possible with the unique ALMEMO® "multi-point adjustment function". Further special features are the calibration of even low air flows starting at 0.1 m/s and the calibration of climatic points excluding radiant heat with smallest measurement uncertainties in specially designed, high-precision climatic test chambers.

Reference Measuring instruments

ALMEMO® reference measuring instruments offer highest resolution, precision and linearity. They are ideally suited as reference measuring instruments for calibration laboratories and quality assurance. Measurements are made with a resolution of up to 0.001 K. The instruments are offered as a set with probe and certificate. The compact design offers an illuminated graphic display, easy operation via softkeys and cursor block (except ALMEMO® 8036-9) and optional IP54 protection. Two output sockets allow connection to a PC or integration into a network. As an option, a pluggable measured value memory is available. Evaluation software, data cable, temperature sensor and DAkkS calibration certificate as well as power supply unit and measuring instrument case are included in the scope of delivery (For more information see this page top: Device type/Reference Measuring Instruments).
