Small data logger for various measuring applications

The new data logger ALMEMO® 204 is a compact all-rounder and can be used for numerous measuring tasks. The special feature are 4 measuring inputs for digital sensors, which can be extended to up to 40 measuring channels, depending on which sensor is connected. For this purpose there are multifunctional sensors, e.g. for measuring relative humidity while simultaneously measuring temperature and atmospheric pressure. Unused channels can be extended as function channels, so that in the case mentioned above the absolute humidity is also recorded as a display value.
With the intelligent ALMEMO® D7 connectors, the data logger becomes an absolute all-rounder. The D7 connector for any digital sensors works with a fully digital interface to the measuring device and offers up to 10 function channels. As the connectors contain their own processor, the sensors work in parallel with their sensor-specific measuring rate and achieve a high speed for dynamic measurements. In addition, the digital interface to the device offers high transmission reliability. Individual sensor parameters are additionally stored in the connector. Freely selectable comments can also be stored. The ALMEMO® 204 data logger can be used with ALMEMO® D7 as well as with ALMEMO® D6 sensors.
ALMEMO® 204, like all ALMEMO® data loggers and measuring instruments, can be used extremely versatile and flexible:
- Monitoring of the indoor climate (°C, % r.H., CO2, m/s).
- Measurement of lighting and UV exposure at the workplace (Lux, UVE index)
- Mobile measurement in ventilation systems (m/s, °C, % RH)
- Weather station with meteo multi sensor and radiation sensors (m/s, wind direction, °C, % r.H., mbar, global radiation, UV radiation, UVE index precipitation)
- Monitoring of temperatures on test benches and in industrial processes (°C also contactless)
- Mobile control measurement in heating furnaces and climate chambers (°C, % r.h., dew point, absolute humidity)
- Measurement of process water and wastewater in industry (pH, redox, conductivity, °C)
- Control measurement in compressed air systems, fast measurement up to 500 measurements/sec. (dew point, residual humidity)
- Measurement of AC and DC voltage signals with high galvanic isolation up to 1000 measurements/sec
