Touchscreen data logger for the connection of any sensors

The data logger ALMEMO^® 710 offers 10 galvanically isolated measuring inputs. Sensors for any measured values can be connected and evaluated. This applies to sensors from Ahlborn as well as to existing sensors from any other manufacturer. In addition, the measuring instrument has been equipped with a completely new connector type with integrated A / D converter and serial interface.

The main advantage of this ALMEMO ^® D7 connector is the digitized sensor signals, over any length of connection cables and easy replacement of defective calibrated sensors. Individual sensor parameters are stored next to the calibration data in the connector. The patented sensor menu is used to display the sensor parameters and the configuration of the sensor. The ALMEMO ^® 710 can thus be extended as required for future applications. A large graphical display provides optimal readings and functions. The menu is simple and clearly structured. Measurement, peak, average and limit values can be displayed in lists, bar graphs, and line graphs. The user can even configure his own menu and display the parameters required for his application.

For an evaluation on the PC, the measured data are stored in an 8 MB flash memory, which can also be activated as a ring memory. If the memory location is too short for a measuring speed of up to 1000 measurements per second or a long-term recording whilst in the sleep mode, external memory can be simply plugged in with a MicroSDcard. The device is equipped with a powerful battery.
