The guideline serves to define minimum requirements for the calibration procedure and the determination of the uncertainty of measurement for the calibration of climatic chambers. The following are described calibration, the calibration methods, the calibration procedure and the uncertainty contributions.
Download PDF file for detailed informationWith the ALMEMO® measuring system, consisting of the precision measuring device ALMEMO® 710, a humidity sensor and 8 temperature sensors, all relevant measured variables are measured in the climatic chamber. The complete calculation of the relative humidity at the 9 points in the climatic chamber is carried out in the measuring instrument. In this way, the calibration of climatic chambers can be carried out conveniently on site without a PC and without software. All measured and calculated values are clearly displayed directly on the ALMEMO® 710. At the same time, the device works as a data logger. The measurement series are stored, either in the internal memory (more than 400,000 measured values) or with the ALMEMO® memory plug (SD card, several million measured values).
With the WinControl software, the measured values can additionally be displayed and documented online during the measurement or offline the stored measured values after the measurement, e.g. as a line graph. At the same time, various evaluation and statistical functions are available. (D.A.)
