Flashing device firmware ALMEMO500
Instruction
Download the file "Update for MA500, CPU and MK Update" or on special advise "Update for MA500 only CPU Update" or "Update for MA500 only MK Update"via the link below to your computer.
Insert a usb.stick into your computer.
Unzip the file into the main directory of the usb.stick.
Now you should find a folder 'Update' in the main directory of your usb.stick. It may not be in a subdirectory.
Pass the usb.stick from the computer to the usb port of the ALMEMO500.
Updates only for CPU or only for measuring circuit board (MK)
In the Status Display of ALMEMO500 switch to the third page 'Firmware' by pressing the navigation keys.
Press the right navigation key for a long time and you will reach the submenu 'Firmware Update'.
Start the update by pressing 'Yes'. It will take some time.
After the download the device has to be switched off and turned on again.

Updates for both, CPU and measuring circuit board (MK), together
In the Status display please switch to 'Update Menu' (by pressing the navigation key to the right in 'menu 3').
A CPU-Update is offered (see picture below)
Press YES and perform the CPU-Update, which starts automatically.
Don't reboot MA500 after update, contrary to the request in the status display.
After having successfully updated the CPU, please start the Update again (without a reboot of system).
Next to the CPU, now all measuring circuit boards in the system are being updated. The update might take some time. Please don't switch off the system and follow the instructions on the status display!
After the update is completed successfully you will be asked to reboot the system. So please reboot now.
After having started the MA500 please check the firmware version cited in menu 3) Firmware (CPU: 1.2.20, Measuring board 7.44)

Update of the App ALMEMO500 for Windows
New Beta Version Almemo Control
This version of our configuration software Almemo Control is including ALMEMO500.
Look for the new tab 'ALMEMO500' in the interface settings. Registration is similar as for the App.
